Our Mentorship Program is designed for young leaders aged 14-15 who are eager to develop their leadership skills and share their knowledge with others. As counselors-in-training, you will have the opportunity to act as role models in a fun, supportive environment while working alongside experienced counselors, or “Mentors.”

We value self-directed learning and focus on helping you grow into confident leaders, preparing you to take on future roles as counselors in our summer programs. Mentors will always be available to guide and support you as you lead activities and build meaningful connections with participants.
