How do I let you know about a change in pick-up schedule or authorized pick ups?

To update us about a change in your pick-up schedule or authorized pick-ups, we've made it simple for you!

During registration, you selected a 4-digit pick-up PIN for security purposes. If someone else will be picking up your child, just share the 4-digit PIN with them. They’ll need to provide this PIN to a coach when checking your child out at the end of the day. It’s that easy!
